If this is just an engine swap you are going to need an OBD0 to OBD1 Conversion harness along with the Distributor off the OBD1 car. Honda/Acura OBD0 to OBD1 Conversion Harnesses As far as the OBD2B into the OBD1 I'm not sure what you are going to need there.

I guess If I was going to plan on spending $2000 I wouldn't have spent it building a ZC when I could have done a B16 swap with bolt-ons. As you are going to spend alot more than 2K getting a properly tuned turbo setup.
