There is no such thing is a b15. I'm guess you mean a d15? Its it a d15b vtec? If not I'll say get a d16z6 if you are on the budget. If money is not a concern the get a b-series. But remember that you can build a fast sohc turbo motor for the cost of a b-series swap.

4 inch tip isn't bad at all. I know it look big when you are looking at it but once it is on your car you'll love it. My brother have a 3 inch megaflow (OEM look-a-like) muffler that have a four inch tip and it look just perfect. But then again, everybody have their own taste.

If it shake only in high speed the you need to get your tires balance. Or you didn't tighten your wheels.

No need for sleeve. Forge piston and rods is good enough. Not a bad idea to sleeve if you got the money. But not recommand.

Yeah, your car will probably start to make boost @ 2500 but no way it'll make full boost by 2500 with the .63 a/r.
