    im having a similar problem with my sisters also, at idle, it does the whole vacuum leak problem.. but when i lightly touch the throttle to just slowly accelerate the car bogs down.. and looses power.. i have to stomp of the accelerator to keep it from doing this.. this can be a number of things...

    got a slight problem.. sister bought this ebay 93 civic and they put a d16y8 engine in it.. i am missing a map sensor connector, 3 pin connector, but dont have any connnectors from the harness to match any 3 pins.. so, i bought a harness that came off a d16y8 and all the connectors will work...
