    Replacing cam chain without removing head?

    Hey, is there any way to remove/install the cam chain on the s2000 by doing all the steps in the manual other then removing the head? It seems to be just to replace the chain, you need to overhaul all the seals and gaskets, kinda costly. Thanks in advance for any answer.

    My new GS-R =)

    I posted a lot in the hybrid section and such about either keeping my civic, going for a 240, boosting a b16, etc etc. So finally i found a 94 integra GS-R:D and it's in perfect condition for a car that old. The only thing i've had to fix is the axles, and maybe the compressor belt. Otherwise...

    Price reasonable for swap?-> my car issue.

    So i finaly reached a descent shop who do swaps, installs, builds, etc etc. He has a b16 already. So..the theory goes: i give him my car, he does the install, etc etc. Now if i want a b16 all motor, it's 4000$ (with 210hp) ..that's pretty damn expensive in my books, but he's got a good rep...

    Keep the civic, or buy a 240sx?

    I have a 00civic that i'm about to swap a b18c1 engine into n turbo it. i have 7grand laying around to do this, i will do the swap myself. Now that's the problem... 7k$ isn't leaving a lot of money for the turbo..and i'm not getting a cheap knock off turbo from ebay. Ofcoarse i'd have to work...

    I have a 00 civic right now, it has 100k miles, and i have 8k to spend.. if i decide to buy a prelude,.. i would sell teh civic n use that money to buy prelude+8k, now that means it's going to be stock. If i keep the civic, i have 8k to spend on a b18c or a b16a and drop a turbo into it...

    Please, low milage engines only, nothing over 60k!, absolutely NO problems with engine or anything that comes with it. NOTIFY me if timing belt, water pump, other engine parts are new/old this is critical. Looking for ENGINE and TRANNY combo, if just engine has to be at a very good price...
