best swap woud be a H22a OBD1 engine if you trying to swap a F20B (OBD2) then you will need wiring harness and all the good things

there maybe a broken engine/tranny mount or internal tranny issue

i came across this issue of twisted camsharft i think he means the timing belt broke and camsharft broke

did you try local junkyard that is the best way to go... and the H22 is that OBD1 or OBD2

ZC In this case ZC is the cheapest way to go...otherwise you can try a combo of b20 VTEC built the internals say a ratio of 8.5:1 its gonna cost an arm and a leg tho...

ARE YOU SERIOUS? its almost 2009... well if you are serious about spending tons of money then there are several options, B16 B18 D15 are famous however i have also heard of H22 i have even heard of nissan SR20 in it also however do you really wana spend soo much of money and time on such project...

actually it was a TPS and IACV issue i bought a throttle body form junkyard swapped it on my car. the chokeing issue was resolved however the isling/fluctuation in rps was still there so i changed the IACV and she runs smooth
