could be two differ problems 1 to rich 2 slight oil leak i think your looking at them as the same problem what you describe comming from the tail is the factory tune and no cat the oil could be from anywhere, check your oil pan it might be seeping slowly on to your header under the block...

if you lay on your back you can get it with a 10mm wrench , takes about two minuts to remove

nah you can see them good when sitting in the car, only going to have oil pr, air/fuel , and volts. air/fuel is in a perfect spot for the tuner in the passenger seat. its an all moter car , dont really need to keep my eye on them. i dont want the gauges on the piller.
