Hondas are pretty much the cockroaches of the planet....there must be 10,000,000 different parts and 10,000,000 different variations... so trying to find specific answers on specific parts for specific cars gets to be rather...

Isn't that what this is? LOL I'd want something as powerful as reliability will allow (within limits). I'm not saying I want a 500hp honda that will go 500,000mi either. I just want a decently fast car that's decently reliable. Is that so hard?

Very true. I've just had bad luck with *high mileage* engines to work with. I'll take a look around. i'm still debating an all-motor vs. boosted setup. I just want closer to 100k than 30-50k......We'll see...

I can understand ~100k life expectancy, hell, even 75k... but 30k?

I just want a lower mileage engine........USDM engines don't seem to have lower miles. I actually did take a look at your link...good stuff. I'm still trying to find an engine at a decent price with low miles.... -_-

Well, I'm planning on doing it in stages... First, aquiring a z6 engine, then I'll redo the head gasket (for boost later on). I'm also going to build it up slightly before putting it in...and changing parts (water/oil pump, timing belt, etc.) After I get that all together, I'll slap it in, then...

I figure I'll have at least 800-1000 to burn when it comes to the swap (at first, then more later)...and I already have an Si.....so I don't need a tranny....I was told US Si tranny's are the best when it comes to gearing and whatnot, plus there's nothing wrong with mine as of yet. I'm also...
