i would wait to get a vtec ecu

i tried what your talking about it wont work your car will run like crap and vtec wont engage well at least mine didnt im using the stock jdm header that came with my swap until i convert to obd1

i have a stock pr3 obd0 ecu for my b16a and it redlines at 8200

are you using a obd1 ecu

what harness are you using

i had the same problem with the b16a wiring harness i used my factory si harness and had to extend a couple of wires and run 4 wires for vtec,vtec oil pressure,knock sensor,and 2nd 02 sensor very simple to do if this is your problem let me know and ill get with you about fixing it

your stock radiator will work fine i just did a b16a swap in my 91 si and im using my stock radiator and is working fine

take your spark plug wires out off the head and see if you got water in the spark plug holes mine done the same thing when i washed my engine hope this helps

my o2 sensors were crossed so it was throwing codes and vtec wont engage if its throwing codes

does anyone know what o2 sensor goes where on a b16a stock exhaust manifold theres 2 holes side by side where the sensors go but i dont know which sensor goes where i know one has a green plug and the other has a white/clear plug so i need to know which on goes on the driver side and which one...
