first i would have a little fun with the 8 valve cx... Put a d16Y8 head onto it, run vtec and have fun. this puts the compression up full, once your done you will think your car has a b series in it. that setup will last for about 2-3 months( because the high compression will get to the engine)...

in 93's deployed airbags dont disable fuel. i agree you should check your fuse box. sometimes there is a 15 fuse that blows and will not allow your car to start especially in wrecked cars

why not just get a d15b, the place i use has pretty any motor. they are based in canada....but pending on where you are they will either ship or deliver. i know my d15b only cost me 500 and it only had 30k on it
