    CEL 15, New coil...Voltage on +/- terminals of coil

    Ok, it finally decided to throw a code. Its 15, i have replaced the coil already though? Also, if i have the ground to my battery, should i get voltage on both the positve and negative terminal of the coil with a DMM? This is a new dizzy and now a new coil?

    Just did LS/Vtec in CRX......few questions.

    Ok, its a 1990 SI. Its an OBD1 b18b with a 00'ITR head and a obd0 distributor/injectors and a PR3. First start, ran but really rough, back-firing, wouldn't idle, etc... Moved dizzy as far forward as i could, smoothed out a little, still ran like ass, but it would idle. I double check timing...
