    96 Civic Cx-ex Head Problems

    yea i swaped my nasty 8 valve head 4 a d16y8 head (98 civic ex) so i have a cx block w/ a ex head and manifold it runs funny...first it idles up and down up and down second the rev limiter kicks in around 3 grand...... so i was wondering what to do????????????? i need help...
