    Yes he did, it's on his work bench....(-: Car made good power at 8000 rpm , once, then lost VTEC at 6500. Strange one, never had it before.

    Thanks, the pump is new, screen was cleaned. I will tell him to change the oil filter and oil.

    A mate built a D16A7 with D16Z6 head and now he has oil pressure problems, so much so that VTEC disengages above 6500 rpm, anyone had this before?
