I'm replacing the dash in my 88 CRX DX (its cracked and broken) with the dash from a 91 CRX Si. My question is the wiring harness on the 91 Si compatible with my 88 DX? is it just plug and play or do I need to transfer the dash harness from the old DX to the new Dash? Thanks.

Has anybody here tried swapping a stock k24a1 (CRV) into an EG or EK Chassis? Just curious if anybody has tried it, I realize they don't have much topend, but they should have enough low/midrange torque to make a quick DD and they k24a1 block is alot cheaper then a K20a.

I see this has happened to quite a few setups, is it just from overreving or ppl not using ARP rod bolts and the stock rod bolts stretching? lack of oil, ie improper (non-vtec) oil pump used?
