    Clutch not engaging

i did a auoto to manual conversion on my 96 accord and i had the same problem. mine was because the auto car didnt come with the mount bracket attached to the car that secured the pedal from above. so slowly it bend down until the clutch wouldnt disengage anymore. i fixed it by making a bracket...

Distributor cap to use on JDM H22

i know that the 90-91 accord ex cap is the same as the jdm h22a cap because that is what i used. i know that the 96 accord ex is internal coil but it is different than the h22a cap so if the 94-95 cap is the same as the 96 it wont work

    h22a4 in a 96 accord...

I don't think that he could use the accord tcu because i believe on obd2 accords it is built into the ecu, atleast it was on my accord when i did my auto to manual swap it only had an ecu no seperate tcu.

mixing distributors hurt or stubble performance?

are you sure it is not a obd1 jdm distributor and he used a 92 accord cap because that is what you need to use for for it. all usdm preludes came with external coils and those caps dont fit the jdm distributor so you have to use the accord distributor cap.

    which ECU for h22

you can use a p13 from a 96 prelude if you can find one. i tried to find one for a long time and couldn't, you can buy a brand new one from honda for about $700, the 96 lude was the only year they made and obd2 p13 without the immobilizer. i am running a p72 from a 96 intrgra gsr and it works...

    h22a 5 spd transmission

i think that if you are hitting 115 in third gear then you don't have an h22 transmission, i know i could hit that in fourth but definatly not third. what rpm are you at at about 80 in fifth you should be around 4,000.

Will H22a tranny fit on H22a4 block?

i am not 100% sure but i have heard that the oil filter is up higher on the block then the normal engnie but i am not sure of this and it didn't make sence to me, but you might want to check it if you have easy access to the engine

Will H22a tranny fit on H22a4 block?

if it is a base model h22a4 then it will fit fine because i have done this with a jdm h22a/lsd tranny. If it is the h22a4 from and sh prelude then you may have to do some extra work to make it fit, such as drilling and taping holes for the normal half shaft, at least that is what i heard a while...

    h22a into 94 accord ex

well i dont think this will help you but i had an egr code when i did my swap but it was becasue the conversion harness didn't have the wires for the egr in it so i had to add them, check to see that the wires on your accord harness run to the right spot on the p13 ecu. also try looking for a...

    short shifter for prelude

i think it gives it a very solid feel, it is also adjustable to three different settings so you can adjust it to however you like it best. i set it in the middle position and have never felt the need to change it.

    engine bogging problems

ya i knew turning it up to much couldn't be good thats why i didn't go any higher, but it did help sum when i turned it up. i dont think the injectors are clogged because they where running good on my old setup.

    engine bogging problems

ya i got a fuel pressure regulator and increased the pressure, it seemed to help but it didn't fix it completely. i don't want to turn it up any more so maybe i should look into hondata or a vafc i would like ot go with hondata but i didn't think that they work with obd2 setups.

    engine bogging problems

ya i don't think it is the timing because it seems to be fine and like h22adelsol said the ecu controls that. do you thing it could be the injectors or the fact that i am running a p72 and it need that much more fuel?

    h22a into 94 accord ex

when running a obd1 p13 on an obd2 accord you don't need to switch the pins. i know this from experience, unless the conversion harness is set up for this which i dont think they are since i ran a skunk2 harness and they are not specifically designed for an accord.

    engine bogging problems

that is what i thought to but on the 97 distributor the botom leg doesn't have any adjustment and if you take it out and loosen the others, when you turn it it doesn't do anything.
