no i dont, use a volt meter and start checking random wires around the fuse box. anyone you tap into will be fine as long as its a 5v source. some people will tell you to splice into a 12v source but that "MAY" burn out the solenoid
connect the red solenoid to a ignition-on 5v source... this way youll be in 16v mode as soon as you fire the car up. leave the other green solenoid connected up to your stock harness just the way you have it.
i still dont understand how they knew your specific car had a stolen engine... unless they knew that you and your car specifically were involved and were looking for you in the first place
im in the exact same boat only with a 96 ex and a 98 d15b vtec... i believe you can simply wire up the one vtec solenoid and leave the vtec E one disconnected
