Can anybody suggest a good, reliable shop to do a B16a1 swap into a stock 1991 CRX Si? MD, NoVA prefferred, I'm located in Baltimore. Just need the work done, will provide motor/trans/ecu/new swap parts. Thanks very much.

How can b16 CRX's be unsold when so ridiculously cheap? I paid 1700 for my stock CRX a few weeks ago. I'd have paid the extra 800 for a b16 with all those other goodies! Bump, stoopid-good price! :cool::eek:

Ok, so before I go through and buy everything... the question is; does a quick-release kit require you to have a race/aftermarket wheel and hub to begin with? Basicaly, you cant just buy the quick release kit and a wheel, you need the hub as well? This is my understanding... please correct me...

sure, pics of install would be great... but why do i need ALL those pieces. wouldnt i just need an NRG slim quick release hub, and the quick-lock system? or does the NRG quick release hub require a different hub, like Momo or such, to attack to? Yeah I guess a visual would help :)

Hey, great writeup! Quick question, could one still use the NRG quick-lock system with this setup, or must it be a quick-release hub? Is that cheaper ebay wheel/hub comobo a quick-release system? If so, I'm sold. If not, I'd rather pay more money for the whole NRG quick-lock/release setup...
