ya, the shifter moves but it just wont go into gear.

So I have an issue with my 5 speed. The clutch pedal goes to the floor and the car will start but there are absolutely no gears, the shifter won't go into gear wether it's started or not. Ideas?

I have an extreme lack of horsepower in my D16Z6 and I cant figure out what it is. I'm kinda curious if it might be in need of a new timing belt. any thoughts?
