I have an 89 CRX Si and the cooling fan won't turn on. I've checked the fuse under the dash, tested the relay, tested the fan motor, checked the temp sensor and still nothing! What the heck?! Why else won't the fan turn on--even when the temp guage is 3/4 the way to H? Is this something I can...
