I have no idea why Honda didn't make separate fuses for the radio and ECU, but he's right. It's a short in your radio. Just trace out the yellow(power) wire from the back of the stereo. I don't want to insult your intelligence, but I'll say it anyway. Please don't put a bigger fuse in the ECU...
It screws in;)...you can rent a tool from the parts store(fits into the 4 grooves on the piston and it looks like a c-clamp) or I just use a small pipe wrench.
