    well i just heard that it did suck,i could never say it did for my self,but everyone that there not reiable,just the block or something,but do u think a poor mans type r could run CTR pistons on 91 octane,u think the octane is high enough.

    B18C1 Type-R build?

    u should built a Poor Mans Type R,since u got the block,all u need is a b16 head with JDM b16 pistons,and ITR Valvetrain would be nice,but depends if u got the money,and also if ur goin all motor,i forget about that GSR Tranny,get a B16 Tranny better for all motor.or if u want a little more...

    ok well Poor mans type R was my first choice and it still may be,but i wanted more balls and compression,well all the poor mans type r is a b16 head and a bottom gsr,all u have to do is a swap put the gsr pistons for some JDM B16 pistons,and o make more power,use the ITR cams and skunk2 cam...

    Hey the best bet is either the Poor mans ITR,or a stock GSR with JDM not USDM,JDM b16 pistons,p30 pistons,reason why JDM B16 pistons,u get more compression,the Poor mans ITR is like 11:6 compression with B16 head,b16 pistons and gsr bottom end,and u keep the gsr rods and put the b16 pistons on...
