I just put in 99-00 si style tail light in my 98 civic. All i did was plug them i didnt mess with the wiring at all. When i press on my brake both of my blinkers come on and stay on until i let go. What can be the problem?

i tried it with my car and it runs like shit i ordered a chipped p28 off a site phearable.net 175 for it and he does it from the spec of your car and engine type

i got a friend with a virgin p28 what would you pay for one?
