My 97 Prelude engine (h22a) has 3 seized valves and pistons. The aluminum block is in shitty condition. So it pretty much pisses oil. The engine has been dropped, dismantled and cleaned. I got a quote of $5500 CAD for a complete re-build. That price seems kinda high. I'm not against...
