I am building a b18c GSR engine for my 94 civic. i plan on stage 2 turbo, but not just yet. i want to get about 350whp out of it once the turbo gets put on. i am building the engine to prepare it for the turbo later. i have a list of internals, but i've been told i dont need all this stuff. so...
ok i think i've decided to just build a b18c gsr engine rather than go with the type R (good choice or bad choice?) i know there are tons of stuff to do to the engine with tons of companies supplying parts. i'm lookin for an engine that produces about 200 to 250 whp and that is a daily driver...

I really need help deciding which engine swap to do, the b18c GSR or the b18c5 type R engine. I know most of the differences with the Type R but is it and the transmission it comes with really worth the almost $2000 more for it? The car its going in is a 94 Honda Civic. Or would I be better off...
