Where can a get a chipped ecu? Would an ITR ecu be as much as an chipped P28 ecu? Would any other signals be different when it's plugged in?

Alright I appreciate the feed back. I'm not planning on keeping the motor an all motor street car. I'd like to force feed it with a turbo. But I figure why not get as much as i can out of a n/a motor. So what would be a wiser decision... get the stroker kit... or go turbo?
