find a bad head on ebay i did in my type r still works fine. as long as u use same head parts u should be fine, junk yards r good sorce too, which motor do u have i might have some at home

great set up upgrade oil pump and water pump to type r (bolts on) also put apr head bolts and buy block guard (check KMS block guard i used them fits good) i built b20 with b16 head and gsr trans crazy torq

buy ls motor b18b and do ls vtech b16 head is best u will get plenty of power and then in future they love turbo

u got to drill out all the welding spots and then align new one and weld it in its not bolt on part take it to the shop dat knows what they doing

i dont think there is any ajustment, u might have to take the trans out and take it apart, 5th gear and reverse share same syncros also there is another gear inside that i saw fell of its place thats for reverse too. most likely u got to take it apart.

get another harness from junk jard and look up connections for v tech controler like apex google it for instructions
