your best bet bud would be find a dx harness and modify it, it will save you time and money all together trust me....

if your intermediate shaft is a male, then you have a prelude shaft, i have 90-93 integra axles with an accord intermediate shaft and a custom passenger axle integra/prelude hybrid, haha if you need help man let me know, i might know where there is a intermediate shaft..

use a 92-95 prelude h22a wire harness, or h23 harness and wire vtec directly from the solenoid and swithc right to the ecu..... and as for ludeman, use your h23 harness and find the plugs for vtec and wire them straight to the ecu like up above.....

i had that same problem with my iacv, here it was my plug backing out of the sensor, it wouldn't stay plugged in, and i had to use the clutch or be wide open throttle, so check your plug too you might have something stuck in there or it might be the iacv itself, and right on man no problem....
