    Burning oil?!?!?

Well i replaced the gasket between the head and the vtec system and still get a little smoke but it seemed to help it. And the gasket was only like $20 straight from honda so it was an easy cheap fix. Thanks

    Burning oil?!?!?

yeah the bores looked good when i went through it all but i would also think there would be some kind of smoke when i start to accelerate too. Im going to do my comp test today then see where that takes me.

    Burning oil?!?!?

I thought piston rings and valve guides but I would think there would be some smoke at start up and when I start to accelerate under normal conditions, but here isn't. There is only smoke when it hits 5500 RPMs.

    my first 95 eg coupe

If done right, a homemade kit will work great for small build, if done right though. A lot of the problems that occur are in the tune. A turbocharged car is NOTHING without a good tune.

    my first 95 eg coupe

If it is your first build i would stay with a d-series and build that. Those motors are good to about 230 hp (with a good tune of course) on stock internals. And if you mess up like i did, they are easily and inexpensive to replace. The best idea for a turbo kit is to make one if money i a...
