When you turn the car to on position. listen carefully so see if the fuel pump primes or not. You shoud hear like one click or something from the main relay by your left foot if I remember correctly. its always the simple things. double check your timing.
Heres what you'll need to make the swap work in your ek.
1- obd2 dizzy or get a obd2 dizzy plug and rewire
2- drivers mount off your original motor/ after hasport one)
3- 99-00 civic Si rear tranny mount ( the front tranny you can use the original)
4- keep your gsr/si ecu if its already obd2b or...
It will bolt right up to any b-series block. The only catch is if its already a vtec block or not. If its a vtec block then just bolt up. If not, you'll have to get the head tap and run a oil line for vtec( ls/b20 blocks)
