When you turn the car to on position. listen carefully so see if the fuel pump primes or not. You shoud hear like one click or something from the main relay by your left foot if I remember correctly. its always the simple things. double check your timing.

It will bolt right up to any b-series block. The only catch is if its already a vtec block or not. If its a vtec block then just bolt up. If not, you'll have to get the head tap and run a oil line for vtec( ls/b20 blocks)

There could be many reasons. first try to tighten up the two bolts that hold the shifter from under the car. Maybe that might help out

The only issues i've seen is the flange not lining up.
