how much does it cost to rebuild the engine?

well i plan on doing all of that soon but i want to get a turbo on it with the tax return money im getting.....after that im going to save up to fully rebuild the engine and upgrade whatever needs to be upgraded.

Just the turbo... i really dont know what all needs to be done to get it into the low 13's high 12's...what all does need to be done??

im looking at like 2000 2001 models.... so about 2500-3000 for a good turbo set up right?
