any of you know how i can tell if the starter isnt good? i cranked the car up but all i get is some clicking noise, so i thought it could be the starter. ( the car wont crank up)

ecu came out of a del sol sohc vtec... has jun chip. vtec engage around 5700 and red lines at 9900.. bad ass pull when vtec engage. bought from ebay for $250... ran 14.2 with this ecu, dc 4-1 header, cai, high flow cat, and muffler.. into a 92 si hatch with b16... selling for $200 shipped...yes...
