The throttle body is basically a fuel injected carb. In basic terms. I just need to know what equip. usually is needed to go with it to make it work. If I pull one from an early 80's honda civic 1.6 - 1.9 L what else would I need to make it work?

I have a carb'd 1.6L and want to swap a throttle body onto it. Besides the throttle body what else do I need? Sensors, harness, etc. etc. etc.? Are some throttle bodies better or easier to use for custom jobs?
