I suggest you swap the intire z6 in.
what you will spend on a mini me is about the same as what you could pick up a whole z6 for.
i mini me'd my 95 hatch and ran into timing issues, turns out the deck height of a 1.5 block is shorter then a 1.6 ...

I plan to mini me the car eventually with a built z6 head and a straight through 2inch exhaust.Convert to obd1 and try to get the pig tuned somewheres.

You have the right timining belt. And no the b7 dizzy wont bolt up properly. (ièm doing the same swap but with a z6 head and ièm only waiting on a dizzy
So your getting fuel but not spark. it sounds like the distibutor cap and rotor button need to be changed.
Bnbolt the three 8mm (i think) bolts on the dizzy cap then check to see if there is any black soot on the terminals and little bits of shit where the spark could have burnt any thing. but...
This swap is really Simple and info gets skewed often.
Everything you need inclueds:
D16z6/ y8/ d15b vtec head, gasket, distributor and timing belt to match the head.
Ok the shaking was the moter mount but i trimmed it and it works perfect now.
Power to nothing was the problem of the power cable to the start chafed through the rubber housing and just grounded itslef against the tranny. but the problem of the car bogging out when i give it to much gass too...
The whole thing is fucked. i have no clue what is going on. i put a new wiring harness on the engine and still nothing is working at all, there is no power to anything. The 80A fuse in the the fusebow in the engine bay looks fine(as in the little piece of metal isnt blown) and whenever i conect...
IT doesn't flash it just comes on after like 2 or three seconds after the engine turns on. so when i turn the key to jump the ecu the cel wont come on. but as of right now nothing is happening. it's like it has a dead battery it was running like shit so i turned it off then tried to turn it on...
Ok i've narrowed the shaking down to the motor mount i made. Witch is bassicaly two hockey pucks cut to fit tightly into the old mount (the drivers side Block- to- chassis i guess you could say) but it's the lower mount witch bolts onto the block with four bolts beside the exuast manifold.
Soo last night i wrote a solid little storey of what has happened to my car the past week and when i went to post it everything went retared and i lost like 30 minutes of writing.
So long unheard story short. My car is running like shit.

Sorry for all of the threads. i've looked around and can't find to much. and i such at searching. Would a 1992-1995 Civic VX distributor work the same as a 1992 1995 civic si dizzy? i know the ecus are differant but would the dizzys be the same by any chance.
Ok i have a JDM d15b intake manifold i want to put on my car but there is no place for the MAP sensor and a few other things. I don't know what i should do to install this. can anyone shed some light on my situation and help me figure out the differances.
