Yes i took every thing off and we found it was an inch wider and an automatic would not work. so note to all an ls automatic will not drop right into a eg with out mods. thanks for all who answered

Hi, I bought a 94 ls auto and am tring to drop it in a 92 dx hatch. I was told that this would be a direct bolt with the ls mounts but after getting it in the car it is about an inch to wide. Can any one help me or give me some advice besides replacing it with a manual tranny. I plan to swap...
