    i swapped a b18c gsr/sir-g engine into my 99 civic ex, i am using my stock ex fuel pump....is there a differance between the gsr and ex pumps? And if so am i losing power by using the ex pump with the gsr engine? Please help im mind boggeld

    fuel pump question help please

    ok i have a 99 civic ex and i swapped a jdm b18c gsr engine into it...also running the jdm b18c p72 obd2 ecu...well when i did the swap, everybody around here said i didn't need a gsr fuel pump....is this true? Or will my ex pump work fine...it just feels like the car should be faster.

    vtec solenoid has power to it and it kicks in...i was just asking since it wasn't that loud would there be a chance of it not engaging fully? I also know vtec don't kick in when you take off .....i meant when i punch it.
