I don't have a 4 wire o2 sensor its a single wire. but thanks for the info and one thing that caught my eye is that when I do stay in second gear and go wide open throttle the o2 sensor does kick.
the o2 sensor has been in the same place since I got the car thats why I'm confused. it just all of sudden started and I can't get it to go away. I've replaced the o2 sensor, reset the ecu. its so odd.
I have had a code 1 flashing on my ecu for awhile now. Its getting old. I lose power the car stutters when the cel kicks after the car drives for about 5 mins. I have replaced the o2 sensor works for about 15 mins. then kicks it again. My mechanic told me that possibly because I have headers and...
I didn't really think the clutch didn't either but maybe the timing somehow moved. When the transmission went back in we broke the wire behind the connector to the o2 sensor we rewired it. How do I check resistence on the o2 sensor? The battery light coming on is the most confusing part to me.
I have a d15b2 that I just put a clutchmasters lightweight flywheel and stage 1 clutch in. Everything went well until after the install. I'm now getting a code 1 and my battery light comes on around 2,000 or so. if anyone could help it would be very appreciated.
thank you for all the info I will let my mechanic know to check all of thee above. he had the same question with the alternator so he disconnected it and still the spike. So then he thought it might be the distributor. Now I will definitely have him check the main under hood fuse box for...
I'm kind of a noob man I'm an amateur body man and looking to make this a hopped up ride eventually. I'm thinking battery, ecu, alternator thats about it.
Okay I have a d15b2. I'm having electrical issues. The car when it starts reads a 12 volt reference into the ecu then 5 volts at the tps, the iat sensor and eagr sensor like it should ,after about a couple seconds the voltage raises on all of those sensors in turn shutting off the car. Now I...
