you just need to sit down and see what you realistically wanna do/spend, also set up a timeline... you best bet would be replacing the internals.. whether you use your current motor or buy another F22a and work on that so you can still have a car to drive.. replacing the pistons, rings, rods...

yea just look around.. great tuners arent too too common but they're around.. especially if you have any dyno's in your area, there's always people who can help you out there or at least point you in the right direction, plus it never hurts to dyno your car to see where its at... but dude, if...

yea they may have mounts for this swap.. but its not gonna be worth it with the amout of fabrication and mods you will have to do to get it to fit.. not to mention the swapping of the ecu and the harnesses.. with the weight to power ratio and money spent.. your better off boosting and tuning...

u need to find a tuner in or near your area.. thats what i did.. they basically re-write some of your ECU so everything runs to the best of its ability.. its alot of messing around with programs and electrical to remap fuel delivery adjust timing.. stuff along those lines... if you find...

Basically what he said... its not gonna be worth it after buying the motor (which wont be too cheap) plus all the fabrication and some custom parts/mounts.. for the money you'd spend on that.. you're just better off gettin a B series or K20 and doing a small turbo build.. that'll give you more...

depends on who can tune it for you and how you want it.. aggressive/mild.. reliable/or not.. its basically a balance of reliability/safety and the power you can make or want to make but on the F22.. dont be afraid of boosting more than 2-4psi.. F22's are better stock motors to boost than stock...

I would go with the Greddy SP2 or the EVO2 if you can get your hands on it.. ive had both of those on my preludes and loved them both.. Greddy Ftw

you could absolutely turbo the F22a1.. i know for a fact you could boost more than 4psi on the stock motor adding only the necessary bolt-ons needed to go turbo.. That motor is one of the more favorable stock honda motors to turbo because of its block. I know people who are running these motors...

Hey guys! I'm lookin to buy a full set (4) of Silvers/ Gun Metal Rota Boosts. They'd be for my 5th Gen. Prelude so the bolt pattern would have to be 5x114.3, and a proffered size would be 17x7.5 or 17x8.. obviously I wouldn't want anything too beat up or scratched.. so if anyone can help me...

yea i realize that ill sacrifice some gas mileage.. but at the same time im not lookin to run 500hp.. i could live with ~300fwhp, ive heard of it being done, even on H22's with stock internas, and i also realize that H22's arent the BEST motors to boost without sleeving, but at the same time...

im pretty sure after 97 they stopped putting the H23 in preludes.. they all came standard with the H22a ...and i havent heard of a 97 or 98 Prelude-S either..

if u havent already sold it... i would suggest getting the most you possibly could for the car by parting it out... yea its more work..but u'll def. get more money out of it that way..
