I'm trying to set my TPS sensor on my 94 gsr and on my scanner with the engine off should the percentage be 0? Now it is reading 13 but is idleing ok.

Ok, I have a 95 jdm B18C1 in a 93 civic hatch si. The gsr harness was chopped to bits so I am using the civic harness with the gsr ecm. I am trying to figure out which parts of the harness will have to be modified for it to work correctly. Or where I can find the ecm pinouts for the jdm gsr (are...
