Find diagrams of both cars vacuum charts. You could also have an intake manifold leak too, creates symptoms just like vacuum leak (especially because yours is idling sooooo high)
Unplug the EGR vacuum from the selenoid. If its not getting any vacuum it will stay shut, good chance if the selenoid is bad its sending it improper vacuum, and with only a few constant pounds the car won't start. Check it out, let us know
I mean.. if you used the old harness then there shouldn't be anything burning the ecu now. Did you have the battery on during anytime of the swap? could have crossed some wires maybe...
Getting no spark, can't pull codes, fuel pump runs forever with key to "on". Swapped for f22 brain to see what would happen, kicks off the fuel pump so must be that :(
Uh.. An EGR can totally cause idling problems... Specifically because you say its after it warms up, this is typically when the car starts reburning exhaust. Check the EGR gasket, the ports could also be blocked.
Alright.. 94 h22. Car ran, but was throwing an EGR code. Wigged out now i have no spark, no ability to pull codes and the fuel pump runs forever... fried brain?
