On a ef b18b swap is it possible to rip out the whole obd2 harness and hook it all up in my EF as obd2?

Can i somehow use my b1 obd2 wire harness and p75ecu for a b1 transplant into an ef dx hatch? I want to but i cant find the drivers side firewall pinout to make it work. I have a pr4 ecu also but i want to keep the p75 cuz its already chipped and tuned. Or would i be better off using the 90-93...
