you would want to use a JDM B16, or if you can find one B18c auto tranny ( yes the JDM GSR had a auto available) trans, and ecu that would be the best way to go, you could use a LS tranny but it wouldn't really suite be worth it since its not meant to be coupled with a Vtec engine
the CR is low enough to put some NOS on it just dont go blowing yourself up with it, really youi should just swap it out for a bigger motor B16A, B18B, C1, C5 or a B20/CR/VTEC. your not going to get much out of your stock motor
