I'd like to be able to lower and raise the car from winter to summer. Would a Ground Control set up with the correct spring rate, with good adjustable shocks, do the trick? And what's a comfortable (Daily Driver) but functional spring rate?

What have you guys heard about ground control? I know it's a pretty big name, but is it comfortable? (I understand that the shocks make all the difference - so what shocks would match up the best?) Is anybody running Ground Control coilovers?

I'm going to buy my b16a offline. and different sites list different parts as a "complete swap" can someone list out all the parts i'll need to make my swap successful.

I just picked up a 91 civic hb 5-speed, and the 90 or so horses it comes with is laughable. It seems like my best bet for a swap is a B16. but that'll only put me at 160.(2500 bucks later) How hard would it be to swap in a h22. price wise the h22's aren't that far away from the B16, and 200hp...
