so i've got a 1995 prelude si witrh an h23. but i have a cool air intake, PGM fuel injector and DC headers with a catback exhaust. i havent dynod it but im guessing its around 190-200 hp. i wanna put h22 vtec heads on it, what exactaly would i need to do so that i dont bring down the hp? also...
