Wot! Is there only power mongers out there? nobody into ultimate gas mileage? If anyone out there has done this "mini-me" head swap, please tell me.

I want to go for ultimate mileage with my Canadian CX (16 valve engine). Is it possible to put the VX head on the CX block, I think I have to change the intake too? Any info would be much appreciated.
