    I just left the big vacum line off and come to think of it I forgot to plug it, so I'll do that. For now I have the throttle cable jimmy rigged but its working fine. I can feel a difference in the top end with this manifold. Nothing huge but there is a difference.

    MAP sensor read 5V. I even checked pins D19(+) and D21(-), and they were a little bit jumpy but were about 5V. While testing I heard a relay somewhere that would almost randomely switch on and off. Pretty sure it was under the driver side dash.
