So i soldered the resistor box and still nothing =( What else should I try?

How do I check that? I just unplugged the resistor box thing and tryed to start my engine, BBut it still doesnt start. Do those wires from the resistor box need to be soldered? What else could it be? AHhh im so frustrated, and is it possible to make a full time vtec?

Oh, Is it that metal box grouded on the frame? because that IS plugged in. Its the one with all the lines right?

I have a 95 d16z6 in a 89 civic hatch, the problem is that I am getting fuel to the filter and rail and also getting spark to the plugs but it is still not firing... What could be the problem? also, It DOES run on starting fluid Injectors? Regulator?
