Weird, built my b20 with stock internals... I am at 45K and I Rev it past 8 and drive the hell out of it everywhere I go. Still has perfect compression, and has been no valve/piston contact.
The crx is throwing a code 17 which is speed o cable. And also throws a code 21, which is vtec solenoid. If the speed o isn't working, could that cause the V-tec not to work? And also if the vtec isnt working could that cause the car to arrradectly idle?
And it's throwing a code 7 wich is TPS...
