Is the MAP sensor on the vacuum line to the FPR wired up to anything? The only thing I can think of would be that this one was used to give a signal to an electronic boost gauge.

Whats the car? Are you meaning a head swap or engine? Is the stock motor multi-port? I’m installing a D15B vtec in a 96 civic right now for a customer and I have ran into a few problems because the engine is obd1 and the car is obd2. But if they are the same it should be a straightforward swap.
