Yeah but the y7 and y8 blocks are the same aren't they, and if I put the y8 head onto it wouldn't the kit work? Because all that would be different would be the gasket set for the y8. Right?

Well since I got screwed into buy the auto throttle body and intake manifold could I just put those sensors from it onto a manual intake and throttle body.

I've been doing research and the Intake manifold is fine, but it's just the throttle body that needs to be from a manual. Is that right? So either I could just buy a manual throttle body or reuse my y7 throttle body and do some sort of modification. Is that right?
