    Well I'm running a 89 si with 90 zc and I was just wondering could I just put the zc on nos? I have about a 1000 bucks canadian, so turbo is out of the question. Also nos is elligal so I wouldn't be running a wot switch. I don't really want to pound the motor. I just want to see if the zc bottom...

    Just wont start

    Well I put a 90 DOHC ZC into a 89 hatch and it just wont start I have the wiring all done right. The car is turning over there's just no spark. Some help would be greatly appreceiated. Matt

    I just put an 90 zc in my 89 hatchback and it just won't start it turns over and there fuel, but no spark I was trying to use the 89 distrubutor then I tried a 90 and that still didn't work. I'm pretty sure i have the wiring right, but I'm not sure. I just lined up all the colours and connected...

    I'm from Ontario too, Are emission laws are garbage, But any ways I would try this g2p crap that you can buy at Canadian tire, that Might work. And also some guys I know ran paint thiner or something to do with paint and they passed no problem and it doesn't hurt the car. Talk to the Cali guys...

    I got the starter spining and thanx it was a bad ground, But now it's just not spining the flywheel and it's not a bad starter, because when I took it out it was spining and coming out. I don't see why it's not spining the flywheel.And I know the width from the starter to the flywheel are good...

    Cams are impossible to find fro the Dohc ZC, But I heard of using B16 cams. I'm not for sure, But I have seen it posted before. Good luck with that, E-mail me when you find the anwser.
