i'm in the middle of a mpfi for my d15b2 crx. I have the same problem! please help!

okay i have found out that is something with my eacv. because when i unplugged it i have a sporadic idle 400rpm to 1500 back to 400 ect... when i have it unplugged i have error code 14 but when its plugged in, i have idle at 4000 rpm and no error code. can anyone help me out?

i have an 88 crx and doing the mpfi swap. i think i got everything hooked up correctly but when i turn the key its revving at 4,000rpm. so i just turn it off. i tried switching the tps wires but thats not it. and the throttle cable is intact but is not opening the tb. any ideas that you can...
